In other news Barak Obama is the new President of the United States......is what I'm sure we'd all love to hear! He's recently gone on a clean sweep, winning primaries and the like at quite a rapid rate and good on him, almost totally eradicating Clinton and at the moment is really looking like he's going to be the winning Democratic candidate! But can he beat McCain?? We'll find out soon enough!
And in even more other news......today was our Valentines celebration at school because fools booked our Swimming Carnival for tomorrow! It was lovely, with everyone looking as gay as possible! Chris certainly out-gayed himself (we'll find out tomorrow if he can beat his record) with speedos and a suit jacket....everyone else was nicely dressed and for piccys you can hit here.
And this is just one final thing, I recently downloaded the new Hot Chip album The Warning:
That was one of their songs, Shake a Fist which is quite a dandy song. The rest of the album is fantastic as well with kind of a mix of techno with a form of slow rap...if that makes any sense to anyone. Its awesome, hit it up. Also I feel the need to mention The Getaway Plan, a band Jess put me onto and Triple J recently had as their feature album. Hit them up, they're awesome.
And as for last weekend. Yes yes once again we were up to mischief with Bianca's birthday on Friday night which was a dandy show of epicness. Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera but luckily Renee took piccys....unfortunately I'm a very lazy boy and thus can not be bothered getting them from her myspace. Furthermore Saturday night was also fun and interesting, people came to mine who I promptly had to abandon so as to tend to a boy who cried wolf. I think they had fun though due to this...apparent preview into tomorrow at the swimming carnival:
